Terms of Service

1. Operator

FISYCO is a trading name of Karpov Kirill Vladislavovich, Sole Proprietor registered in Georgia.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

FISYCO is a software-as-a-service platform that provides:

• Design system monitoring
• Asset and token synchronization
• Automated pull request generation
• Repository update automation
• Drift detection and reporting
• Audit logging

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including, but not limited to:

• GitHub
• GitLab
• Bitbucket
• Figma
• Slack

FISYCO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Managing OAuth permissions
• Managing invited users within your workspace
• All activities that occur under your account

Workspace owners are fully responsible for actions performed by invited users.

4. Automated Pull Requests & User Responsibility

The Service may generate automated pull requests and repository modifications based on user configuration.

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all generated changes
• Testing modifications
• Approving and merging pull requests
• Ensuring the safety of production systems

FISYCO does not guarantee the correctness, reliability, or suitability of generated changes.

5. Repository and File Access

Where authorized by you, the Service may technically access repository contents and design files.

Such access is limited strictly to performing configured synchronization operations and generating pull requests.

FISYCO:

• Does not claim ownership over user repositories or files
• Does not reuse repository code outside the functionality of the Service
• Does not commercialize user code

You retain full ownership of your content.

6. Beta Services

The Service is currently offered as a public beta and is provided free of charge during this period. No fees apply and no payment is required to use it while it remains in beta.

As a beta, the Service:

• May contain bugs or errors
• May change, with features added or removed, without notice
• Is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without guarantees
• May experience interruptions or maintenance windows

FISYCO may modify or discontinue Beta features at any time.

(This section may be removed once the Service is fully commercialized.)

7. Payments (Commercial Plans)

If paid subscription plans are offered:

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record.

Paddle handles:

• Billing
• Tax calculation
• VAT collection
• Invoicing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing period.

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and Paddle policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding user content) remain the property of the Operator.

Users retain ownership of:

• Repositories
• Design files
• Generated content
• Uploaded assets

The Operator receives a limited license to process user data solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FISYCO disclaims all warranties
• FISYCO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• FISYCO is not liable for production outages, business interruption, or data loss

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

If no payments were made, liability is limited to 100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service
• Your violation of third-party platform terms
• Your merging of generated pull requests

11. Data Deletion

Upon account deletion, associated data is permanently removed from our active systems without retention, except where required by law. On a best-effort basis we also remove the third-party webhooks we created and revoke the OAuth access tokens we held where the provider supports revocation; tokens for providers without a revocation API are deleted from our systems and expire according to the provider.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
